The Dome was a British fin de siècle general arts magazine that as the title “Quarterly Containing Examples of All the Arts” carried a diverse range of content from literature to painting and music. Among its contributors were eminent figures such as Yeats, Simmons and Binyon, plus the artists Craig, Burne-Jones and Rossetti, and musicians Elgar and Taylor. Despite being short-lived—running for less than four years—it served as a vital forum for some of Britain's top writers and artists of the time to come together and engage freely in creative expression and critique outside the bounds of contemporary convention. These facsimiles recreate the stunning illustrations of the original in glorious color.
