Textbook Sales for the Fall Semester 2024

Textbook sales for the Fall 2024 semester will be conducted on the textbook sales website (onSMaRT).
Please check the following before placing your order.
Please note that the purchase of textbooks is not required to purchase from this website.

1. Application Period

• From Sep. 14, 2024 (Sat.), 12:00 until Oct. 4, 2024 (Fri.) 16:00 when payment is confirmed.

Please refer to the attached leaflet for purchase instructions.

Textbook sales for the Fall 2024 semester will be conducted on the textbook sales website (onSMaRT).
Orders will be accepted on the textbook sales website (onSMaRT)
from Sep. 14 (Sat.), 12:00 to Oct. 4 (Fri.) 16:00.
* Orders will ONLY be accepted through the textbook sales website (onSMaRT).
* Please order textbooks for the Spring 2024 semester at the Ikebukuro and Niiza campus sites respectively.
* Please note that the book cannot be purchased directly from the campus bookstore.

2. Receiving Method

You can pick up on campus your reserved textbook only.
* For textbook sales in the fall semester of 2024, those who are eligible to receive textbooks will not receive an email stating that. As long as it is not backordered, you can pick it up after 12:00 the next day after payment, so please come to the pick-up location.
* For those who order, we will contact you by e-mail when it is ready after it arrives.
* Please note the schedule and order in time for class use.
* Orders must be placed immediately after the class is announced, especially for language courses such as English.

  Notes (Precautions)	"Pick up on campus" is expected to be crowded. No preferential order of delivery will be given for any reason. Please allow plenty of time for pickup. When you pick up your order, please print out and bring the reservation number you will receive when you place your order, or fill out the reservation number on the designated form that will be available at the special site. If payment is received on Saturday or Sunday, delivery will be available 2 days after the business day following the holiday. See below for pick-up locations and times. 3. Others

• We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to "wrong order". Please check your order carefully before applying.
• If there are any [disarranged pages, missing pages, or Damaged], we will replace them. Please contact us at the address below.
• Textbook prices will be reduced by 7% off the list price, except for certain items.
• Payment can be made by credit card or at a convenience store.

During and after the purchase

• Before purchasing textbooks, please find the course you will take in the "Syllabus", check the name of the textbook in the "Textbook Section", and purchase it within the sales period.
• The textbooks used in the required English courses and the second language required course differ depending on the class. First-year students are required to purchase the textbook designated for each class.
  You can check your classes on the "Course Registration Status" page.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted after purchase, except for defective books such as those with missing or damaged pages. Please note that cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to personal reasons, such as ordering errors, will not be accepted. Textbooks that have been used after purchase (already written on or soiled by the user, etc.) are also not eligible.
• You can choose to pay the fee by credit card or at a convenience store.
