1. Ordering Information
⚫︎Textbook sales for the Fall 2026 semester will be conducted on the onSMaRT textbook sales website.
* Campus-Specific Sites Separate websites are available for each campus: Ikebukuro and Niiza.
* Please apply for Chinese e-textbooks on the e-textbook purchase site, which is separate from paper textbooks.
* Pre-Application Checklist Before applying, please review the courses listed in the "Syllabus" and verify the required textbook title in the "Textbook Information" section.
* Availability at Campus Shop The campus shop typically does not carry textbooks, although some titles may be in stock.
* Payment Options Textbook payments can be made using a credit card or a credit card or convenience store payment (barcode).
* Discount on Textbooks Textbooks will be sold at a 7% discount off the regular list price, with the exception of certain titles.
* Language Textbooks The textbooks for English and Language B compulsory language courses vary by class. Please review the Language Text List below for specific requirements. Please note that, in principle, cancellations are not accepted if you order the wrong textbook. Be sure to check carefully before placing your order. We strongly recommend placing your order promptly once class assignments are announced.
⚫︎Application Period The application period will be from Friday, April 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM until Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 6:00 PM, with a subsequent extension until Tuesday, April 28, 2026, 11:59 PM, contingent on payment confirmation.

2. Pickup Information
⚫︎Receiving Your Order Your order will be ready for pickup after 12:00 PM on the day following payment confirmation.
* We do not send ‘ready for pick‑up’ notifications as a rule.
* When a back-ordered book becomes available, you will receive an email notification. To ensure receipt of this notification, we recommend registering with your university email address.
* Please check the schedule to make sure you order and pick up your materials in time for class.
* For English and Language B classes, we recommend picking up your textbook as soon as the class schedule is announced to ensure availability.
* If you would like your textbooks to be delivered, please contact us at the email address below. The textbooks will be sent via Yamato Transport with cash on delivery (shipping fee to be paid upon receipt).

* Temporary Pickup Location Change From May 12 to 16, the pickup location for Ikebukuro Campus will be relocated to St. Paul Plaza, 2F.
⚫︎Receiving Schedule For receiving period and time, please refer to the receipt schedule available on our calendar. ▶︎Calender [JP, PDF]
* Peak Period The area tends to become very crowded after lunch and during the third period.
* We will not provide preferential treatment to any order, regardless of the reason, and will process them in the order they were received.
* To pick up your book, please either fill out the designated form at the textbook venue with your reservation number or bring a printed copy of your reservation number with you.
* If you make a payment on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be available for pickup after 12:00 PM on the following Monday.
* If you plan to collect your items between May 18 and June 13, please email us at the address below with your preferred pick‑up date at least one day in advance. From June 15 onward, we will no longer be able to provide same‑day pick‑up, so please contact us by email to arrange your collection date.
* Please note that language textbooks may take longer to obtain once the onSMaRT period has ended. We recommend placing your order during the onSMaRT application period.
3. Additional Information
⚫︎Regarding order mistakes: we may be able to accommodate exchanges or returns due to an ordering error only if you contact us before you pick up your items. Please consult us via the email address below. Once the items have been collected, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.
⚫︎If your book has misbound, missing, or torn pages, we will arrange a replacement once we have confirmed the defect. Please contact us by email at the address below.
